GroundUp is built for predevelopment diligence workflows. This page summarizes our security posture and responsible-use expectations.
Data handling
Customer project data, parcel selections, and generated reports are stored in secured cloud infrastructure with role-based access through authenticated accounts and organization membership.
Access controls
Team accounts use organization-scoped permissions. Enterprise customers can configure roles, collaboration boundaries, and integration access as part of rollout.
Billing & payments
Subscription billing is processed through Stripe. GroundUp does not store full payment card numbers on application servers.
Responsible use
GroundUp outputs are designed for early diligence, feasibility review, and conceptual planning. They are not legal, surveying, engineering, architectural, permitting, or construction advice. Users should independently verify outputs before acquisition, entitlement, permitting, financing, or construction decisions.
